We hope you love your KLYN purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

 

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all tags and hygiene liners intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, fragrance, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Accessories

  • Items marked as Final Sale

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size only, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, KLYN will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund

 

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties charges.

  • Original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
