KLYN Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it.

Returns window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, fragrance, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: underwear, socks, accessories, or any item marked Final Sale.

Exchanges
We accept size exchanges subject to availability. If your requested size is not in stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive something that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@klynlondon.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return postage.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges. Original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
